Telecaller

We are hiring experienced Telecallers who are confident, motivated, and have basic Gujarat communication skills. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Provide product or service information clearly

Maintain call records and follow-up with leads

Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner

Requirements:

Prior Telecalling or Sales experience is a must (minimum 1 years preferred)

Basic knowledge of English and Hindi/Gujarati

Good communication and convincing skills
