RED REAL ESTATE TELESALES - JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to handle lead generation,
follow-up, and conversion for our real estate projects. The candidate will be
responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, explaining property details,
and scheduling site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database or inquiries
generated through marketing campaigns.
● Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers
clearly to prospects.
● Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and
matching them with available properties.
● Follow-up with interested customers regularly to keep them engaged and
move them through the sales funnel.
● Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely
execution.
● Maintain records of calls and leads in CRM and ensure data accuracy.
● Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer
preferences and market trends.
● Handle basic objections and redirect advanced queries to the sales
manager.
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (Any Stream).
● Experience: 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or
similar industry.
● Excellent communication and persuasion skills in [local language, Hindi,
and English].
● Basic understanding of real estate terminology and sales process.
● Good telephone etiquette and ability to maintain a positive tone.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
● Target-oriented with a proactive attitude
