Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing sales

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers (B2C) to promote and sell company products or services.Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.Maintain daily call logs, sales records, and customer details.Follow up with interested customers to close sales.Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory (Hindi knowledge preferred).Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service (freshers can apply).Strong communication and persuasive skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
