Position: Telecalling Sales Officer

💼 Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products.

• Generate, qualify and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain daily call targets and achieve monthly sales goals.

• Assist customers with basic documentation for loan processing.

• Update and manage data in CRM/Excel.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

📌 Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Experience in Telecalling/Sales preferred, but not mandatory.

• Experience in Loan/Finance sector is an added advantage.

• Must be target-driven, disciplined and self-motivated.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience and performance)

• Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹50,000+ (performance-based)

⏱️ Working Hours

• 10AM – 6:30 PM
