Position: Telecaller

Department: Sales / Franchise Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Franchise Sales Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Telecaller responsible for generating and managing franchise leads, conducting outbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Daily Operations

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily.

• Follow up on previous day's unanswered and unassigned leads.

• Generate a minimum of 3 quality franchise leads daily.

• Assign qualified leads to the concerned sales team members.

• Update lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM/software.

• Complete all software/CRM follow-ups on time.

• Track pending and missed follow-ups and ensure timely action.

• Update the Referral Sheet on a daily basis.

• Share the daily performance report in the Franchise Leads Process WhatsApp Group.

2. Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations as and when required.

• Prepare and circulate MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

• Coordinate arrangements for the monthly Franchise Sales Review Meeting.

• Monitor all Franchise Sales WhatsApp groups.

• Keep the team updated regarding announcements, meeting schedules, and operational updates.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Learning & Development

• Participate in daily training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Continuously improve product knowledge, CRM proficiency, communication, and sales skills.

• Stay updated on franchise processes, offerings, and lead-handling procedures.

Performance Expectations

• Maintain a consistent flow of high-quality franchise leads.

• Ensure timely and effective follow-ups on all assigned leads.

• Maintain accurate CRM, lead, and reporting data.

• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, discipline, and consistency.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

• Work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Maintain professional communication with prospects, team members, and internal departments.

• Contribute positively to a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.

Key Skills Required
