Legal Capital is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing clients, explaining our legal and financial services, and maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain Legal Capital’s services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.

• Generate leads, fix appointments, and coordinate with the sales or legal team.

• Follow up with clients for documentation or service-related updates.

• .Maintain a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, or local language).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Good listening and customer-handling abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).

Qualifications:

• Post graduate in any discipline.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (Freshers can also apply).
