Job Description:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through inbound and outbound channels.
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to present company products and solutions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and pricing models.
• Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide timely feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize CRM and Sales Order (SO) systems to enter customer details accurately and on time.
