Location: Patna
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for calling potential clients, promoting services, and assisting in lead generation. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team or other sources.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

• Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer queries, provide information, and resolve any issues over the phone.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing the necessary assistance and support.

• Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Identify and qualify leads, set appointments, and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Record customer interactions and update CRM systems with accurate information.

• Data Management:

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details and interaction history.

• Keep track of customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.

• Reporting & Feedback:

• Provide regular reports on call metrics, sales performance, and lead conversion rates.

• Provide feedback to management about customer concerns, product feedback, and market trends.

• Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand the products and services offered.

• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Ability to speak in Hindi and English fluently (knowledge of local languages).

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to handle challenging customer situations calmly and effectively.
