Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telecaller – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment operations. The role involves handling candidate calls, sharing job information, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates for various job openings.

• Handle incoming calls and provide accurate job-related information.

• Screen candidates over the phone and shortlist based on job requirements.

• Maintain call logs, databases, and follow-up trackers.

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams.

• Resolve candidate queries politely and professionally.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate (Any Stream).

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling/recruitment (freshers can apply).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, database management).

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls.

• Professional, polite and customer-service oriented.

• Comfortable working 5 days a week in day shift.
