We are hiring a Telecaller – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment operations. The role involves handling candidate calls, sharing job information, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
Make outbound calls to candidates for various job openings.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate job-related information.
Screen candidates over the phone and shortlist based on job requirements.
Maintain call logs, databases, and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams.
Resolve candidate queries politely and professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and hiring targets.
Graduate (Any Stream).
0–1 year of experience in telecalling/recruitment (freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, database management).
Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
Professional, polite and customer-service oriented.
Comfortable working 5 days a week in day shift.
