As a Telecaller at PRATYAYA Technology Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our startup and business consulting services, and generating qualified leads. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and supporting entrepreneurs who want to start or grow their businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with interested leads until conversion.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an advantage).
Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, Internet).
Ability to handle customer objections and resolve queries.
