Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Ayurvedic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly approach, and a good understanding of Ayurvedic products and wellness solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Ayurvedic products.Explain product features, benefits, and usage based on Ayurvedic principles.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.Follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into sales.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Stay updated with Ayurvedic product knowledge and promotions.RequirementsMinimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or customer care (Ayurvedic/Healthcare background preferred).Strong communication and convincing skills.Ability to handle customer objections confidently.Basic computer skills (CRM experience is a plus).Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.Language proficiency: Hindi required; English/local languages are a plus.BenefitsAttractive salary with incentives.Training on Ayurvedic products and sales techniques.Growth opportunities within the company.
