Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Bhopura. The ideal candidate will have a good command of communication and a passion for engaging with customers. This role is suitable for candidates who have completed their education up to the 12th grade and have a keen interest in customer service.

- ••Making Calls to Potential Customers:•• You will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote our products and services and gauge their interest.

- ••Providing Information:•• You will explain our offerings clearly to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of the products.

- ••Recording Customer Feedback:•• It is essential to document feedback and interactions accurately for future reference, improving our services based on customer input.

- ••Following Up:•• You will need to follow up with customers to answer questions and encourage them to make purchases.

- ••Maintaining a Positive Attitude:•• You should maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor during all calls to foster a positive relationship with customers.

••Required Skills and Expectations:••

Candidates need to be fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly. A good understanding of customer service principles is important, along with the ability to handle objections and challenges during calls. You should be self-motivated, organized, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Being able to adapt quickly to new processes and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
