Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers using a given database to promote products or services.
Lead Generation: Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Customer Support: Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or provide information about new offers.
Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and convert prospects into clients.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome).
Communication: Fluency in [Language, e.g., Hindi/English/Regional] is a must.
Persuasion: Strong ability to handle objections and convince customers.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
