Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, contacting potential customers through cold calls, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into sales. Candidates must be confident on calls and comfortable with target-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  

• Pitch company services clearly and persuasively.
  

• Understand customer reuirements and offer suitable services.
  

• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
  

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
  

• Handle customer objections professionally.
  

• Provide accurate and timely reports to the team.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or similar role (preferred).
  

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  

• Confidence in handling cold calls and building quick rapport.
  
  

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
