We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive/ Tele Calling to join our growing team - Pixanta Energy

Core Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to potential customers to introduce Pixanta’s products/services.

Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, handle objections, and set up appointments or pass high-value leads to the sales team.

Inbound Support: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.

CRM Data Entry: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the system.

Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, talk time, and conversions.

Key Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle rejections.

Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM tracking).
