Job Description

1. Customer Calling & Lead Generation (Sales Profile)

Make outbound calls to prospective customers for personal, business, or gold loan products.
Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and process.
Capture lead information and update CRM/MIS systems accurately.
Book appointments for sales officers or branch visits.

2. Verification & Follow-Up

Conduct tele-verification of applicant details as per policy.
Follow up with customers on document submission or pending KYC requirements.
Coordinate with field and branch teams for lead conversion.

3. Collections (If applicable)

Make reminder calls for EMI due/overdue customers.
Educate customers on repayment modes and timelines.
Record commitment dates and escalate difficult cases as per SOP.

4. Customer Relationship & Service

Handle inbound queries related to loans, repayment, status updates, or complaints.
Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Build rapport for long-term customer relationships.

5. Compliance & Reporting

Follow company scripts, compliance standards, and call quality protocols.
Avoid mis-selling and ensure transparent communication.
Submit daily/weekly call and conversion reports.
