• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (if applicable).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• English, Gujarati & Hindi Required.
