Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to vehicle vendors to coordinate the placement of vehicles at designated client warehouses.
Provide necessary information to vendors and address their inquiries effectively.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to facilitate successful negotiations and arrangements.
Maintain and update records of calls and transactions in our CRM system.
Follow up on pending arrangements and ensure timely service delivery.
Collaborate with team members to optimize the vehicle placement process.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
Stay informed about market trends and vendor statuses to enhance engagement.
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Proficient in using computers and MS Office suite.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with vendors.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (up to 2 years preferred).
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
