Job Description:

Pahun Industries Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues or direct them to the appropriate department.

• Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.

• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Provide information about the company’s offerings and services.

• Document and report customer feedback to management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi languages.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

• Basic knowledge of excel, Word.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence, patience, and a positive attitude.
