Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. You must be a good communicator with excellent negotiation and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Explain the products or services offered by the company.

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Keep records of calls and note useful information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi,english language.

• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in hindi,english languages.

• Prior experience in [industry – e.g., real estate, banking, edtech, etc.].

• Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
