Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and confident Tele caller – Sales to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain the company’s products/services clearly and confidently.

Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities.

Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Handle customer questions and provide relevant information.

Schedule product demonstrations or meetings for interested prospects.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales team to move qualified leads through the sales process.

Build positive relationships with prospects and customers.

Requirements

6 months – 2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, inside sales, or customer support.

Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Ability to handle rejection professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Candidates who are hardworking, motivated, and looking for long-term growth are preferred.
