Job Responsibilities:

  • Office reception handle karna aur visitors ka proper welcome karna

  • Incoming & outgoing calls attend karna

  • Client/customer ko phone par product/service ki basic information dena

  • Call records aur daily follow-up maintain karna

  • Data entry aur basic office documentation ka kaam

  • Appointments schedule karna

  • Office coordination aur admin support dena

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

  • Pleasing personality

  • Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Tele calling ka basic experience (freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain)

  • Polite aur confident speaking skills
