JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER (AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY)

Department: Service / Customer Support
Industry: Automobile (Car Showroom)
Position: Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead follow-ups

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information

• Explain vehicle details, offers, finance options, and test drive facilities

• Schedule showroom visits and test drive appointments

• Maintain customer records and daily call reports

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion

• Handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner

• Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English required)

• Ability to handle customers confidently over the phone

• Basic computer knowledge (calling software / MS Excel – preferred)

• Positive attitude and convincing skills

Experience:

• 0 to 2 years (Telecalling or Automobile experience preferred)
