We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, and customer support.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

• Provide information about products, services, or company policies.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Meet daily call handling and service quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 0–6 months in customer support, telecalling, or call center environment.

Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

Excellent communication and listening skills in Hindi and English.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives.

Benefits: Performance bonuses, paid leaves, and career growth opportunities.

Shift Timings:- 10:00 AM- 6:30 pm
