Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers who have prior experience in Insurance, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans, or other financial products. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls and explain financial products and services.

• Generate leads for Insurance, Credit Cards, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, and related products.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide proper guidance.

• Coordinate with sales and documentation teams for smooth processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Insurance, Credit Card, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, or BFSI sales.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.

• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Telecalling and lead generation experience.
