We are hiring enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team at The Novello Globe Hotels And Resorts Pvt Ltd. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or sales. Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.

• Maintain customer data and call records.

• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments or demos.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

• Support senior team members in campaign activities.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].

• Basic computer and telephone handling skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Prior internship or telecalling experience (preferred but not mandatory).
