Position: Recruitment Executive
Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based
Work Mode: Work from Office / Remote – As per requirement
About the Role
Noble Step Consulting is looking for motivated and target-oriented Recruitment Executives to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates according to job requirements.
- Explain job profile, salary, location, process, and company details.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Achieve recruitment and joining targets.
- Coordinate with HRs and the internal recruitment team.
Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers can apply.
- Recruitment/BPO experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and internet.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
💰 Commission-Based Earnings
No fixed monthly salary.
- Earnings are completely commission-based.
- Commission will be paid for successful candidate joinings.
- Commission amount will depend on the respective company/process.
- More successful joinings = Higher earning potential.
- Commission will be released as per the applicable payout cycle and terms.
Performance Expectations
- Daily candidate sourcing and calling.
- Regular candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate candidate data.
- Provide genuine and quality candidates.
- Focus on successful interview conversions and joinings.
