Job Summary
we are looking for a client-oriented Customer Service Executive to act as the primary point of contact between clients and caregivers. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure seamless coordination of care services. Responsibilities include handling calls and WhatsApp chats, understanding client needs, matching them with suitable caregivers, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth service delivery with professionalism.
1. Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering
· Engage with clients via calls and WhatsApp to understand their specific care needs (nanny, babysitter, elderly care, or patient care).
· Collect and document detailed requirements, preferences, and expectations for services.
2. Service Coordination
· Share suitable caregiver options with clients and collect their feedback.
· Coordinate introductions and ensure proper caregiver-client matching.
· Follow up with clients to confirm service arrangements and onboarding.
3. Record & Documentation Management
· Maintain accurate daily records of client requests, caregiver availability, and confirmed services.
· Collect and organize necessary caregiver documents and customer agreements.
4. Contract & Payment Oversight
· Monitor service contracts to ensure agreed salary commitments to caregivers are met.
· Coordinate with the accounts/operations team to track contract terms, renewals, and payments.
5. Professionalism & Conduct
· Manage all client and caregiver information with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
· Maintain a positive, supportive, and solution-driven approach in every interaction.
