Key Responsibilities:

Call and chat with clients on WhatsApp and understand their requirements.

Collect details of the service needed (nanny, babysitter, elderly care, patient care).

Share suitable caregiver options with clients and arrange their responses.

Coordinate between clients and available nannies/caregivers.

Follow up with clients until service is confirmed.

Maintain daily records of client requests and responses.
