Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information about our services

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our digital marketing packages

• Maintain follow-ups with interested clients to convert leads into sales

• Record customer details, interactions, and follow-ups in the system

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication

• Achieve monthly calling and sales targets (with incentive rewards)

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team when required

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling)

• Ability to stay calm, confident, and positive on calls

• Good listening skills and patience when dealing with customer queries

• Must be punctual and willing to work full-time
