Designation: Process Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently as per process requirements.

Communicate fluently with US clients in English.

Follow up with clients as required and update records in real time.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

(Note: Candidates currently pursuing studies are NOT eligible)

Excellent English communication skills – spoken and written.

Must be comfortable working during night shifts.

Basic computer literacy and typing skills.

Timings: 6:30pm to 3:30am (Night Shift)
