Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Caller to engage with prospective customers over the phone, Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts on behalf of the company. They communicate via phone, use negotiation skills to resolve issues, and ensure timely payments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customer and follow up to collect outstanding debts on behalf of the company.
Contact customers via phone to inform them of overdue accounts and payment status.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements within established guidelines.
Update customer information and payment records in the system.
Follow up on established payment arrangements with customers.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and disputes regarding payments.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate difficult cases when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass
0–1 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools (preferred)
