Job Responsibilities

Call students and working professionals from provided leads.
Explain our IT training courses (CCNA, CCNP, Cloud, Cyber Security, DevOps, etc.).
Qualify interested candidates and schedule counseling calls.
Follow up with leads via Calls and WhatsApp.
Update lead details in CRM/Excel.
Generate quality appointments for Education Counselors.
Achieve daily call and lead targets.
