Job Description

ND Care Nirogam Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Provide information related to healthcare services, appointments, and treatments

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Guide customers with relevant solutions and escalate complex issues when required

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work as per assigned shifts and working days
