Job Description

ND Care Nirogam Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide information related to healthcare services, appointments, and treatments
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Guide customers with relevant solutions and escalate complex issues when required
Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Fresher & Experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi (English knowledge is an advantage)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
Willingness to work as per assigned shifts and working days
