Track orders, shipments, and inventory movements across the supply chain network in Cargo Exchange Application.
Update and maintain real-time shipment status in google sheets.
Identify and report exceptions (delays, shortages, POD issues, and damages).
Coordinate with Hubs, transport and key accounts teams for issue resolution.
Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) and closure of shipments.
Maintain accurate data entry and system updates
Prepare and share daily MIS reports and trackers.
