Schedule: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Six Days Work-week

CTC In Hand Maximum:  Rs 3.72 Lac Per Annum (LPA). Monthly salary of Rs 31 thousand per month (KPM) provided you fulfill all the competencies

Key Skills:

·       In depth knowledge and application of immigration laws, visa categories for all countries  and application procedures.

·       Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience of handling visa processing for all countries

·       Online & offline Submission of visa submission

·       Ability to ride a vehicle and willingness for mobility for client visits

·       Team player, leadership qualities

·       Flexible

Responsibilities:

·       Assist in the preparation and submission  of visa application along with documentation

·        Provide basic information and assistance to clients regarding visa options, give consultations by examining the accuracy of supporting documentation

·        Monitor application status and follow up with relevant authorities.

·        Stay informed about updates in visa policies and procedures

·        Handle basic client concerns and escalate issues as needed.

Working Conditions:

·       Work from Office Only

·       Willingness  to travel to client office within Pune region

·       Probation period - 3 months

·       Notice period -1months

·       Monthly 1 paid leave

·       During peak season, extra working  may be required on holidays or Sundays
