Role Overview
The Senior Telecaller will handle experienced-level customer communication, lead conversion, and support the telecalling process with stronger sales and coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle important customer calls, follow-ups, and conversion-focused communication.
• Support promotional calling campaigns and customer retention activities.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-up plans, and reporting discipline.
• Coordinate with junior telecallers or team members for better output and
consistency.
• Assist in converting inquiries into store visits, appointments, and sales opportunities.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling, lead conversion, or customer calling roles.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle senior-level customer interactions confidently.
• Responsible, target-driven, and able to guide calling processes effectively
