Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and generate leads for unsecured loan products through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and open-market activities.


Explain product features, eligibility criteria, loan terms, and repayment structures to customers.


Assess customer financial profiles and ensure accurate documentation for loan processing.


Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan approval and disbursement.


Achieve assigned sales targets for unsecured loans (personal loans, business loans, etc.).


Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive cross-selling opportunities.


Ensure compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC/AML norms.


Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.

Required Skills & Competencies:


Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Knowledge of financial products, unsecured lending, and credit policies.


Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.


Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills.


Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, Loan origination systems).

Qualifications & Experience:


Minimum Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing preferred).


1–3 years of experience in sales of personal loans / business loans / unsecured lending.


Freshers with good communication skills and interest in sales may also apply.
