The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering incoming calls, providing information about products or services, and maintaining customer relationships to achieve company goals.---Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.Generate leads and maintain a record of calls and customer details.Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.Maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates.---Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or Graduate.Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software preferred).Fluency in English, Hindi, or local language.---Salary:₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)Work Type:Full-time / Part-time / Work from Office / Work from Home (as per company policy)
