Morbitaa Buildmart is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into leads/sales
Maintain proper records of calls and customer data
Follow up with customers for conversions and updates
Provide accurate information about tiles and related products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, etc.)
Confident speaking and convincing ability
Fresher and experienced both can apply
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
