We receive daily inquiries from potential customers interested in our services. Your work would be to contact these leads, explain the services we offer, and provide pricing information. This is a simple and straightforward work that involves basis communication and customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers who have enquired about our services.
Give details of the services and pricing.
When they arrive at the clinic, to give them a form and tell them to fill the details and enter those in the laptop.
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.
