Job Description:
Micah HR Management (an ISO-certified company) is looking for dedicated Associate Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and provide timely solutions via phone, chat, or email.
This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 along with excellent growth opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English and/or regional languages
Basic computer and typing proficiency
Prior experience in customer service or a call center is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Preferred: Graduate in any stream (Freshers are welcome)
