Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote our products/services, answering queries, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

• Explain products/services and answer customer queries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 1 Graduate.

• Experience: 6months to 1 year .

• Languages: Must know English, Telugu, and Hindi.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work under targets.
