Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound admission inquiries.

• Counsel students and parents about available courses and admission processes.

• Convert inquiries into walk-ins and enrollments through effective communication.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

• Support in conducting seminars, events, and promotional activities.

• Coordinate with the academic and HR teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain a positive relationship with students and ensure a high satisfaction level.
