Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers and respond to inbound inquiries.

• Explain property features, pricing, and payment plans clearly to prospective clients.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.

• Maintain and update the customer database and call records regularly.

• Follow up with clients to maintain engagement and encourage conversions.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

• Provide feedback and insights on customer needs and preferences.
