ड्यूटी: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 6:30 बजे तक

### मुख्य कार्य (Job Responsibilities)

* मरीजों और उनके परिवारों को फोन करके होम हेल्थ केयर सेवाओं की जानकारी देना।

* नए मरीजों की enquiries प्राप्त करना और उनका फॉलो-अप करना।

* नर्स, केयरटेकर, फिजियोथेरेपी और मेडिकल उपकरणों की सेवाओं की जानकारी देना।

* मरीज का नाम, पता, मोबाइल नंबर और आवश्यक सेवा का विवरण दर्ज करना।

* पुराने ग्राहकों से फीडबैक लेना और नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क बनाए रखना।

* WhatsApp पर सेवा की जानकारी भेजना और अपॉइंटमेंट निर्धारित करना।

* प्रतिदिन की कॉलिंग रिपोर्ट HR/Admin को देना।

### योग्यता (Eligibility)

* न्यूनतम 12वीं पास; ग्रेजुएट को प्राथमिकता।

* हिंदी में अच्छी बातचीत करने की क्षमता।

* बेसिक कंप्यूटर, Excel और WhatsApp की जानकारी।

* फ्रेशर और अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

* विनम्र व्यवहार और ग्राहकों को समझाने की क्षमता।
