We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our Car Loan Process team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain car loan products, address customer queries, and ensure a smooth loan application process.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for car loans.

• Answer inbound calls and provide information about loan products.

• Explain loan terms clearly and guide customers through the process.

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure.

• Ensure compliance with the company’s calling script and procedures.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

🔹 Required Languages:

• English (Basic to Fluent)

• Hindi

• Kannada

• Telugu

(Ability to speak multiple regional languages is an advantage.)
