Job description:-
We’re looking for dedicated and empathetic Help Desk Executives to support citizens through the 1930 Cybercrime Helpline, assisting with cyber fraud related grievances and complaint registration.
What We’re Looking For:-
• Receive inbound calls from the public regarding cybercrime issues
• Assist citizens affected by online frauds and cyber incidents
• Guide callers to register complaints on the Cybercrime Portal
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate next level action
• Maintain accurate call logs and case details
• Ensure clear, calm, and professional communication at all times
Requirements:-
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory
• Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam is an added advantage
• B.E / B.Tech only, without any standing arrears
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
