Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and professionally.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain customer records in the database.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closing.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages).

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

• Ability to handle customer objections politely and professionally.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (any field).

• Prior telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
