Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records in the database.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closing.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or regional languages).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Ability to handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum education: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (any field).
Prior telecalling experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
