As a Telecaller at Charvak Ayurveda, you will have the exciting opportunity to be the voice of our company and connect with our valued customers on a daily basis. Your English and Hindi proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse range of clients. Utilizing your MS-Excel skills, you will maintain accurate records and generate reports to track and analyze customer interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to inform them about our products and services.
2. Handling inbound calls and inquiries from customers, providing them with information and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
4. Updating and maintaining customer databases accurately in MS-Excel to ensure data integrity.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads generated through telecalling.
6. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas to contribute to overall sales targets.
7. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and preferences to help improve our products and services.
